Well, here am I folks! Super stoked to officially start my very own blog instead of just spending hours reading everyone else's :). I've decided to do this for two reasons: 1) I needed somewhere that I could jot down the events of my days so I can really focus on the good and positive in my life, 

and 2) I want a personal reference on my journey and progression as a photographer. Which, by the way, I am very aware that I am the definition of amateur right now...so please..only positive vibes my lovely peeps! You can think what you want and critique all you want, but leave the negative comments to yourself please and thank you :) remember: this is my journey! I intend to progress! Which brings me to my next topic:

i am officially going back to college

yay! ahhh. oi! ew! phewf. definitely a mix of emotions. Here's the thing. I am so glad I went to Taylor Andrews Academy of Hair and got my cosmetology license, I really am. Would I do it again? Probably not. But! I am so grateful for the skills I have in helping others feel and look their very best. Cutting, dying, styling hair is super duper fun, and I love the creative outlet that it gives me. BUT! Combine that with a passion for photography, and a college degree to back it all up...nothing can stop me!

So, watch out world, I'm about to make you beautiful and capture the moments to prove it!
